About this notice
Francéa is part of Le Petit Écolier French Language Centre, Oakville. This notice explains how we handle information you provide through the Francéa website and when you contact us about adult French classes, assessments or TEF/TCF preparation.
Information you provide
Our enquiry form asks for your full name, email address, program interest and current French level. You may also provide a phone number, preferred learning format and a message. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share during that conversation.
Please do not send payment card details, identity documents, immigration file numbers or other sensitive documents through the enquiry form.
How we use your information
We use enquiry details to reply to you, understand your learning goals, recommend a suitable program or assessment, and arrange related follow-up. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We will seek separate consent before using your details for unrelated marketing.
Service providers and registration
We use service providers for website hosting, enquiry processing and email. They process information to help us operate this website and respond to you. Information may be processed or stored outside Canada and be subject to the laws of those countries.
Pricing and registration links take you to Le Petit Écolier’s LexaClass portal. Registration and any payment information are entered on that portal, not in the Francéa enquiry form. Review the notices and terms shown there before registering. External websites, including LexaClass and Instagram, have their own privacy practices.
Website statistics
We use aggregate website statistics, such as page views and visits, to understand how our website is used. Built-in analytics do not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. External websites may use their own cookies or tracking technologies.
Retention and protection
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond, provide related services and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us with questions about retention or to request deletion.
